Terms and Conditions

At Divine ProClean, we are dedicated to delivering superior cleaning services with transparency and fairness in our pricing structure. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following policy regarding deposits and hourly rates:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:

    • To secure your standard cleaning appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.

    • For deep clean jobs, a non-refundable deposit of $400 will be charged at booking.

    • The deposit serves as a commitment fee and will be deducted from the total service cost.

    • Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

  2. Standard Cleaning Coverage and Hourly Rate:

    • The $200 deposit for standard cleaning covers up to 4 man hours of cleaning by our professional team.

    • If the cleaning service exceeds 4 man hours, an additional hourly rate of $50 will be applied for each hour thereafter.

    • We will inform you in advance of any potential additional charges for extended cleaning sessions.

  3. Deep Clean Coverage and Hourly Rate:

    • The $400 deposit for deep cleaning includes 4 man hours of cleaning at an hourly rate of $100.

    • If the deep cleaning service exceeds 4 man hours, the same hourly rate of $100 will be applied for each additional hour.

    • We will provide a detailed breakdown of charges for any extended deep cleaning sessions.

  4. Commercial Cleaning:

    • For commercial cleaning services, pricing varies based on square footage and specific requirements.

    • Please contact us directly to receive a personalized quote tailored to your commercial cleaning needs.

  5. Flexible Scheduling:

    • We understand that scheduling needs vary, and we aim to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.

    • Please notify us in advance if you anticipate requiring additional cleaning hours beyond the initial booking.

  6. Payment Policy:

    • Payment for the deposit is due upon confirmation of your booking to secure your appointment.

    • The remaining balance, including any charges for extended cleaning hours, is payable upon completion of the service.

    • We accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

  7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
